Unifying cutting-edge European/ Japanese engineering technology and local innovations, FNE products are developed to not only be safe and reliable, but also efficient and functional to our everyday lives.
Energy Saving Performance
Our FNE lift series uses gearless traction machines with permanent magnetic synchronous motor for powerful drive with 40% more energy savings compared to conventional technology available and high-precision Heidenhain rotary encoders which creates optimum velocity profiles for smooth overall performance and extended component lifespan.
Caring for your Safety
Here at FNE, we adopt the approach of using reliable, quality-approved products and service methods to achieve the highest safety standards.
Our lift light curtains are designed to meet the IP65 waterproof ratings, have up to 154 beams, strong anti-interference properties and eliminate any possible blind spots. This increases the level of safeguarding for lift doors, ensuring the safety of passengers.
On top of that, the Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP) security device is also used in our designs to stop the lifts immediately and trigger its protection mode if the lift doors detect any unexpected movement prior to closure. Advanced modular softwares and network communication technology have also been implemented to make lift control more reliable, greatly reducing passenger waiting time and accident rates due to communication errors.
Innovative Technology
We have incorporated a quiet braking technology that reduces up to 5-10 (dB) of noise, minimizing vibrations and enhancing the safety of traction machines and self-manufactured magnetic steel of premium quality to withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius, while maintaining permanent magnetism of up to 30 years.
What’s more, our self-designed and manufactured lift door-motor systems are engineered to International Standards. Integrating VF-control with synchronised belt drives and permanent magnet technology, we have created a stable operating system with high efficiency, ensuring a seamless and economical operation during the product’s entire life cycle.
Intelligent Controls
Using Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) and dual 32-bit CPU closed-loop vector control technology, optimal velocity profiles can be generated automatically and adapt to human needs, creating a more precise control with smoother acceleration, deceleration and braking.
Our Smart Control systems have auto-computing and learning functions to pick up real-time operational data and parameters for analysis and remote monitoring purposes all at the same time, while optimizing levelling accuracy at ± 5 mm. This creates an ideal environment for user comfort and product maintainability.
As technology evolves in our ever-changing world, we constantly strive to stay relevant by bringing in the latest breakthrough technologies to further improve our services and products, providing our clients with smooth and uninterrupted conveyance.
All of our works are tested for compatibility with the latest guidelines, regulations and standards stipulated by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for installation and maintenance of lifts, elevators and travelators in Singapore. What’s more, our products are also equipped with the latest passenger safety features to provide our customers with a peace of mind.

With the Motorless Roomless (MRL) technology, it eliminates the needs for a fixed machine room, and maximizes space utilization in building, saving both construction time and cost!
